게임만 하는 경우
회원가입이 없습니다. 아이의 이름, 선택, 진행 기록은 이용자의 브라우저 저장소에만 남고 서버로 보내지 않습니다. 브라우저 데이터를 지우면 함께 지워집니다.
방문 통계는 쿠키를 쓰지 않는 Cloudflare Web Analytics로 익명 집계합니다(방문 수, 대략적인 국가, 브라우저 종류). 개인을 알아볼 수 있는 정보는 모으지 않습니다.
"무지개다리 너머"를 결제한 경우
- 모으는 것: 결제에 쓴 이메일, 그 판의 이야기(아이 이름, 종과 품종, 함께한 햇수, 이야기에 나온 장면, 결과 카드 이미지), 이별한 날짜
- 쓰는 곳: 이야기 페이지 보관과 표시, 영수증과 페이지 주소 발송, 환불과 문의 응대
- 보관 기간: 이야기 페이지는 삭제를 요청할 때까지, 이메일은 페이지가 있는 동안 보관합니다. 삭제를 요청하면 7일 안에 지웁니다.
- 홈 화면 공개: 결제할 때 고른 경우에만, 홈 화면의 "무지개다리 너머의 아이들"에 이야기 제목(아이 이름과 함께한 햇수)과 마지막 한마디가 보입니다. 이메일과 편지는 보이지 않습니다. 내리고 싶으면 [email protected]으로 알려 주세요.
- 결제 정보: 카드 번호 같은 결제 정보는 판매 대행사인 Polar가 처리하며, 운영자는 받지 않습니다.
촛불과 한마디
- 간직된 이야기 페이지에서 촛불을 켜거나 한마디를 건네면, 몇 번 눌렸는지 숫자만 저장합니다. 누가 눌렀는지는 남기지 않습니다.
- 같은 사람이 하루에 여러 번 누르지 않도록, IP 주소 대신 날마다 바뀌는 암호화 값만 씁니다.
의견 보내기
- 모으는 것: 직접 적은 내용, 답장을 원할 때만 적는 이메일, 그리고 그 판의 정보(강아지·고양이, 함께한 햇수, 칭호, 휴대폰인지 PC인지)
- 쓰는 곳: 게임을 고치고 답장하는 데만 씁니다. IP 주소는 저장하지 않고, 하루 보낼 수 있는 횟수를 세는 데에만 날마다 바뀌는 암호화 값을 씁니다.
- 보관 기간: 처리가 끝나면 지우고, 길어도 1년을 넘기지 않습니다. 삭제를 원하면 [email protected] 으로 알려 주세요.
함께 처리하는 곳
- Cloudflare: 사이트 호스팅, 이야기 데이터 저장, 방문 통계
- Polar: 결제, 세금, 영수증 (판매 대행사)
이 서비스들은 해외에 서버를 둘 수 있습니다. 위 목적 외에는 개인정보를 다른 곳에 팔거나 넘기지 않습니다.

내 정보 열람, 수정, 삭제를 언제든 요청할 수 있습니다.

Privacy Policy

If you only play the game
There is no sign-up. Your pet's name, your choices, and your progress stay in your browser's storage and are never sent to our servers. Clearing your browser data deletes them.
Visits are counted anonymously with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies (visit counts, approximate country, browser type). We do not collect information that identifies you.
If you purchase "Beyond the Rainbow Bridge"
- What we collect: the email used at checkout, the story of that playthrough (pet name, species and breed, years together, scenes in the story, result card image), and the date of parting
- How we use it: to keep and show your story page, send the receipt and page link, and handle refunds and support
- How long: the story page is kept until you ask us to delete it, and your email for as long as the page exists. We delete within 7 days of a request.
- Home page wall: only if you choose it at checkout, the story title (the pet's name and years together) and the last words appear under "Beyond the Rainbow Bridge" on the home page. Your email and letters never appear. Email [email protected] to take it down.
- Payment details: card numbers and other payment details are processed by Polar, our Merchant of Record. The Operator never receives them.
Candles and kind words
- When you light a candle or leave a few words on a kept story page, only the count is stored. Who pressed it is not kept.
- To keep one person from pressing many times a day, a daily-changing hash is used instead of an IP address.
Feedback
- What we collect: what you write, an email only if you want a reply, and a little about that playthrough (dog or cat, years together, title, phone or desktop)
- How we use it: only to improve the game and to reply. IP addresses are not stored; a daily-changing hash is used only to limit how many notes can be sent per day.
- How long: deleted once handled, and never kept longer than one year. Email [email protected] to have yours deleted.
Service providers
- Cloudflare: hosting, story storage, visit statistics
- Polar: payment, taxes, receipts (Merchant of Record)
These providers may store data on servers outside your country. We never sell your information or share it for any purpose other than those above.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information at any time.
Children
Children under 14 (or the age set by your local law) may not pay without a guardian's consent.
